Notă biografică
My name is Moya Mulvay and although I do not have traditional qualifications or credentials, one thing I do have is experience. I have been there and done that, and I am quite happy to share my knowledge and what I have learned along the way. I feel that by sharing my life story and how I overcame obstacles placed before me, I now have the opportunity to provide you with insight on how to come out on top. As I write this, I am 63 years old, a wife, a mother, grandmother and a survivor. All the topics I cover on this website and in my book, "Overcoming Life's Challenges", are issues that I have personally experienced. Childhood neglect, alcoholism, eating disorders, and bankruptcy are just a few of the challenges put before me - and I want to reach to others who are going through the similar experiences. My hope is that by sharing my past, I will give you a shortcut on your journey to health, and personal fulfillment. "How do you overcome the seemingly endless challenges life throws at you? In this tell-all memoir, Moya Mulvay answers that question by revealing the painful details of her own journey as well as how she overcame them. Moya is the daughter of a wealthy family who built the iconic Peninsula Hotel in Mandurah, Australia. Growing up in a fancy hotel where liquor overflowed while her parents were never really there, led her to seek everything that was missing in her life in the wrong places. Moya made one bad decision after another, burying herself deep in alcoholism, despair, bankruptcy, and health problems. But just before she hit rock bottom, Moya found the light and strength to continue to fight to escape the mess which was her life. She discovered her life purpose and started to live it with clarity and passion. This inspiring book is for anyone who wants living proof that there is indeed sunshine after the worst storms."
