Christopher M. Herndon, PharmD, BCACP, FASHP, FCCP, is a Professor with the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy and the Residency Program Director for the PGY-2 in Pain and Palliative Care at the Hospice of Southern Illinois. He is also the past-president for the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists, and is the recipient of numerous professional awards.
