After assisting our Mother who suffered with Alzheimer's for a decade, and then my Mother in Law; I was surprised with the lack of information readily available for the afflicted or their caregivers. 7 months ago, my neurologist diagnosed me with early onset Alzheimer's, so I begin my own personal journey. I wanted to assemble a respectable amount of information in one writing so people had it readily available to them through this journey. It is my hope that through the telling of my Mothers journey, and my Mother in Law, and now myself, that this information will help make this period more comfortable for others while they make their ways through this mind field.
