CHARLES H. DAVIS is a Professor in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

GERALD W. LUNDEEN is a Professor in the Graduate School of Library Studies at the University of Hawaii.

DEBORA SHAW is an Assistant Professor in the School of Library and Information Science at Indiana University in Bloomington.
