Dunnett's

enduring
hero,
Francis
Crawford

Lymond,
was
voted
Scotland's
favourite
literary
character
-
beating
the
likes
of
Sherlock
Holmes,
Harry
Potter
and
Ivanhoe.
Dunnett
died
9
November
2001,
having
sold
half
a
million
copies
internationally.
