Two men have a dark history starting in the late 60's and continues till one's death leaving the other God Parent to the deceased one's son at 18 he ages to 21 in the story. After the death of his father who was a professional gambler he takes refuge and time to grieve to live with his God Parents and their two kids. After a while and a lot of talk and flirting he and the daughter of his God Parents start a forbidden love that blows up in both of their faces bringing the past into play. This causes conflict and emotional distress for the God Parent as he was in the delivery room when he was born but did not see any of him till his friend's death. The central characters are members of the mom and dad didn't pay enough attention to me or dead parents club emotional baggage is carried by them heavily while they are of course lost in life but seem to have everything in order being spoiled. Their night lives consist of going to concerts, clubs where fetish acts are preformed on stage, opium dens for the high class and each other's mansions. Getting to close to his God Parents daughter and fear of getting caught he moves to his dad's lake house being the heir to his estate, where he tries to flourish as a writer, while living on the edge with his four best friends that he grew up with in prep school since 1st grade. Living well, driving high end sports cars, sex and drugs keeps them dull to the lives that have been penned out for them. These characters make their own rules and live fast to them that makes them cool. The story is to the point and fast paced.
