"Percival Penguin Goes Skating explores a common theme that every child faces in relationships: Taking responsibility for our actions. This heart-warming read is about four friendships. It's set in a common Canadian context: Dressing for the weather and ice-skating for an afternoon. At closer look, this sweet story highlights the decision that friends make when we see someone struggling. It reinforces that when we choose empathy and kindness first in a relationship, that is the path for it to thrive and survive." - A. Longo, Elementary Teacher
