Assigned to court investigations, she interviews convicted criminals and prepares sentencing reports for them. But when Eve interviews Jessie Fallon, a nineteen year-old thief, and makes an unfavorable recommendation to the court, she gets more than she bargained for. The highly disturbed Jessie becomes enraged and plots a payback for Eve that involves a sadistic and sexually twisted role in his upcoming amateur film.
