The quality of the subject's relationship to the object is determined by perception. This work aims at founding an ethical approach based on the phenomenon of perception developed by Maurice Merleau-Ponty. It is to say that we consider things according to how we perceive them. This book reviews Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology by highlighting the central concepts of his thought, namely the body, perception, meaning and vision.
