Piano Star 3 has 24 pieces progressing from Prep Test to Grade 1. There are many gems in here. It's full of arrangements, songs and original pieces, all designed to imaginatively and enjoyably move pupils towards grade 1. Highly recommended.
All piano teachers are constantly searching for more available repertoire for the early stages of studying the piano and here are three new volumes of 74 pieces for those beginning months. Book 1 includes 24 pieces by twelve different composers with a wide variety of character and styles and all lying within the five finger span for young hands. The imagination of young pianists cannot fail to be sparked by the variety of such graphic titles such as: A Sad Story, Double Decker and My Best Sandwich. Titles in Books 2 and 3 are equally delightful and appealing. The books contain music in increasing order of difficulty, with Book 3 including works with two sharps and wider leaps.
