Currently, there are over 25,000,000 (that's twenty five million) people who are either unemployed, underemployed or given up looking for a job. Part of this problem is has been a paradigm shift in the way to look for the right opportunity. People are unprepared for the new way of looking for a job, let alone a career been effected by today's economy. And the sad truth is, change is going to take time. There are people who have the skills that today's companies are looking for, but they make mistakes while putting together this puzzle. Sometimes it's little things, like spelling, but there are many opportunities that people pass up because they don't know that they don't know.
