Notă biografică

Edmund Christopher Matotay holds Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Agder, Norway and The Postgraduate Diploma in Poverty Analysis for Socioeconomic Development from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, in The Netherlands. He is currently working with the Faculty of Public Administration and Management, Mzumbe University in Tanzania as a Lecturer in Management Sciences. He is interested in how best regions and cities can profile what they have so that they can earn a competitive advantage over other cities and realizing socioeconomic growth and development. He has worked in a number of social researches and University teaching, consultancy and publications. Among his other major publications are in the field of the e-government and its progress and adoption in developing countries. He has also published in areas covering company social welfares and its comparison between North and South.
