Robert Horonjeff was an internationally known consultant on airport design. Francis McKelvey is Professor Emeritus in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan State University.
William Sproule is Associate Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan Tech University.
Seth Young is Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU).
