A glimpse into the mind of a self-proclaimed "Mad Scientist." This book is about the circumstances behind my switch from the Standard American Diet for which I had known my entire life to a Whole-Foods, Plant-Based Vegan Lifestyle. I also narrate and describe how I used a holistic approach instead of the standard "diet" approach to go from the worst shape of my life to the best shape of my life, by losing nearly 70 pounds in less than a year, after the age of 40.
