The objective of our evaluation was to determine whether Pohnpei State's property accountability process safeguarded supplies and equipment to minimize the risk of fraud, waste, and mismanagement. We conducted our evaluation from June 2006 to October 2006. Our evaluation was conducted in accordance with the January 2005 Quality Standards for Inspections issued by the President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency.
