Notă biografică

The Author: Ewa Mazierska studied philosophy at Warsaw University and did her Ph.D. in ¿ódz University and is Reader in Contemporary Cinema, Department of Humanities, University of Central Lancashire. Her publications include Women in Polish Cinema (2006), Dreams and Diaries: The Cinema of Nanni Moretti (2004) and From Moscow to Madrid: Postmodern Cities, European Cinema (2003) (the last two co-authored with Laura Rascaroli). She also co-edited Relocating Britishness (2004).
