These Polish Traditional Recipes comprise one-sixth of my book, Polish Traditions with American Additions. For the convenience of the readers, I am making the recipes available in a separate book, so it can be kept in the kitchen. I learned the methods for preparing the recipes by watching or helping my Mother and Grandmothers in their kitchens. To my knowledge the recipes were not written down until I asked my Mother and Grandmothers to tell me the ingredients. Book has over 50 full-color illustrations.
