Notă biografică

ALFREDO MARCOS is currently Full Professor at the University of Valladolid (Spain) and teaches regularly courses and conferences at several universities in Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. He has published several books and chapters on Philosophy of Science, Environmental Ethics and Aristotelian Studies, as for instance: Ciencia y accion (FCE, Mexico, 2010; translated into Italian and Polish); Paths of Creation. Creativity in Science and Art (Peter Lang, Bern, 2011); "Bioinformation as a triadic relation" (in Arp & Terzis, eds., Information and Living Systems, MIT Press, 2011). He has also published several papers in journals of prestige, such as Studies in History and Philosophy of Science (Elsevier), Epistemologia: An Italian Journal for the Philosophy of Science (Tilgher) and Information System Frontiers (Kluwer).
