Radhika Withana has an honours degree in political science (first class) and a doctorate from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. In 2008 she will also obtain a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. She works at the Sydney office of the global law firm, Baker & McKenzie.
