Rich Furman (MSW, University of Pennsylvania; PhD, Yeshiva University) is professor of social work at the University of Washington, Tacoma. He has published many books on social work including Navigating Human Service Organizations, second edition, An Experiential Approach to Group Work, and Social Work Practice with Latinos (Lyceum Books).Julie T. Kinn (MA, University of North Carolina, Charlotte; PhD, University of Illinois, Chicago) is a clinical and research psychologist at the Department of Defense, National Center for Telehealth and Technology.
