Midge Murphy is the first attorney to receive her PhD in energy medicine. She understands both the law and the healing arts, which allows her to lend her expertise as a bridge between the two worlds. Murphy is recognized as a dynamic presenter, teacher, and leading expert on ethics, legal principles, and risk management strategies in the practice of energy healing methods. Murphy is the creator of leading edge, online certificate courses in the fields of energy psychology and energy medicine. She has authored customized online ethics and legal courses for various organizations offering certification and training programs such as Matrix Energetics(R), Havening Techniques(R), Splankna Therapy, the Soul Detective(R) Method, Healers Internship Program, EFT MBA Program, Trauma Tapping Techniques, and ACEP. Murphy also has an energy healing practice for animals and humans. She was first trained in Therapeutic Touch as a hospice volunteer in 1996. In 2007, Murphy was initiated as a Reiki Master and in 2010 became a Certified Matrix Energetics(R) Practitioner. She has studied shamanism for over twenty years and uses shamanic processes in her healing work.
