Heather Bertram sits alone and in pain at Huxley Rehabilitation Clinic, devoid of hope. James Edward Mckenna, a greenhorn intelligence agent for a private firm, is on a plane to Pakistan to investigate a large Corporation's hold on the water industry, without much idea of what he's going in to. Two men from the Nazi ranks are brought over through Project Paperclip after World War 2 and continue some projects of their own. Agent Mckenna finds himself at the center of a plot for global control that goes back generations, and he has to find out why a rare flower, and a sick young woman, may be the only things that can save mankind.
