The book presents high-quality research work on cutting-edge technologies and the most-happening areas of computational intelligence and data engineering. Notă biografică

Nabendu Chaki is a Professor at the Department Computer Science & Engineering, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India. Dr. Chaki graduated in Physics from the legendary Presidency College in Kolkata and then in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Calcutta. He completed his Ph.D. in 2000 at Jadavpur University, India. He shares 6 international patents, including 4 U.S. patents with his students. Prof. Chaki has been active in developing international standards for software engineering and cloud computing as a part of the Global Directory (GD) for ISO-IEC. As well as editing more than 25 books, Nabendu has authored 6 text- and research books and more than 150 Scopus Indexed research papers in journals and at international conferences. His areas of research include distributed systems, image processing and software engineering. Dr. Chaki has served as a member of the research faculty in the Ph.D. program in Software Engineering in the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. He is a visiting faculty member of many Universities in India and abroad. In addition to being on the editorial board for several international journals, he has also served on the committees of over 50 international conferences. Prof. Chaki is the founder Chair of the ACM Professional Chapter in Kolkata.
Nagaraju Devarakonda received his B.Tech. from Sri Venkateswara University, M.Tech. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He has published over 50 research papers in international conferences and journals. He is currently working as a Professor and Head of the IT Department at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering. His research areas are data mining, soft computing, machine learning, and pattern recognition.
Anirban Sarkar completed his M.C.A. at University of Madras, Chennai, India and Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur, India. His areas of research include cloud computing, service-oriented computing, software engineering and data mining. He has more than 17 years of teaching experience in these areas. He has published over 100 papers in journals and conference proceedings.
Narayan C. Debnath is the Founding Dean of the School of Computing and Information Technology and the Head of the Department of Software Engineering at the Eastern International University, Vietnam. He is also serving as the Director of the International Society for Computers and Their Applications (ISCA). Dr. Debnath received doctorate degrees in Computer Science and in Applied Physics. He served as the President, Vice President, and Conference Coordinator of the International Society for Computers and Their Applications (ISCA), and has been a member of the ISCA Board of Directors since 2001. He has made original research contributions in software engineering and development, software testing and quality assurance, software models, metrics and tools, and information science, technology and management. He is the author or co-author of over 425 publications in numerous refereed journals and conference proceedings in the fields of computer science, information science, information technology, system sciences, mathematics, and electrical engineering.
