»Procedural Third-Party Protection in the Field of Tariff Regulation«: The dissertation analyzes the procedural third-party protection requirements »right of appeal« and »subjective scope of judicial review« in the field of tariff regulation in the telecommunications and energy sectors. The autor compares the procedural model of energy law and the substantive approach of telecommunications law. In an examination of compatibility with Union and constitutional law she determines which reference area proves preferable.
