The monograph presents literature and the author's own data on the problem of psoriatic disease, which is considered as a systemic disease.Numerous literature data concerning the etiopathogenesis of psoriatic disease and, accordingly, the principles of therapy for this dermatosis are presented.The problems of psoriasis comorbidity are considered, which influences the course of psoriatic process and must be taken into consideration when choosing the adequate therapy.
