Pudsey is a small town between the two West Yorkshire conurbations of Leeds and Bradford. In the 18th century, Pudsey was a community of small farmers and clothiers, but with the advent of steam power came a population explosion. This collection of 200 photographs shows the events and people of Pudsey and district since the heydays of the mills.
