Swapna Kumar, Ed.D., is a Clinical Professor and Coordinator of the online doctoral program in Educational Technology at the College of Education, University of Florida, USA. Her current research is focused on quality in online programs, online teaching, and online mentoring.
Patricia Arnold, Ph.D., is a Professor of Socioinformatics at Munich University of Applied Sciences, Germany. She is Vice-Dean of the Department for Applied Social Sciences, and directs an online program in social work. She has published several books and articles on online learning.
