Gail's "Intuitive Chef" journey started unfolding in 2009 when she began working her passion creating delicious, nutritious food. What began as a true desire to help others enjoy abundant health through the power of food, led her down an unexpected and wondrous path of "awakening". As a plant-based chef turned Food & Medical Intuitive in 2012 she has helped thousands all over the world remember their natural, God-given health through her "Food IS Talking" Intuitive Food Compatibility process. The food charts reveal to her what the client's body wants to eat to restore balance (the first step to healing), to detox and to move it into thrive mode. This intuitive approach is unique to every "body" and reveals as well, the state of the body at any given time. Over the years, as her gifts have expanded, she has become a conduit for "revelation", the name she gives to the Divine Wisdom and Guidance she receives. 7 vitally important revelations regarding health and well-being were received over a 7 year period. These revelations led her to begin creating the Evolution of FREE Health workshops, books and video series.
