Textul de pe ultima copertă

This book you’re holding is many things. It’s a hug for yourself, a long, hard look in the mirror, a chorus of support that what you’re experiencing is real, and a gift for a friend. Through bite-size essays and the same beautiful illustrations that inspired the original Instagram account, Recipes for Self-Love delivers powerful lessons in self-care, intersectional feminism, body image, consumerism, and holding your own in a patriarchal society.
