Endless bouts of bad luck and bad decisions plagues Carly Callahan. A beautiful 26 year old professional singer, in Nashville, Tennessee, Carly's life is seemingly meaningless. Set in motion, early by a mother that strangled her with constant negative reinforcement, her life was void of any happiness in her eyes. True, successful in her career, working with many famous musicians in Music City, this is overshadowed by a personal life that is like a ship heading for the rocks in a ragging sea. Constantly caught up in bad relationships, many abusive both physically and emotionally, Carly allows these to persist having dismissed all self-worth. After many failed attempts to escape her most caustic relationship, a series of events brings Carly to the lowest point in her life.
