Recenzii

the editors have done an excellent job in selecting a broad range of interesting and provocative writings from philosophers, scientists and activists on environmental philosophy and inmaking the necessary abridgements and selections from longer works. Readers will get from the book a good introduction to the wide range of issues that can be included under the heading `environmental philosophy'. More important, they will learn that environmental philosophy is exciting, innovative andworth doing, and that it is not merely an academic pursuit.
