The book is a combination of "Thoughts of the Day" e mails and personal stories while under contract at NASA Headquarters in Washington DC. The e mails are arranged as Thoughts on Life's Lessons for the next generation of "La Bella Verita" (Italian for "The Beautiful Truth").
