For me having to deal with situations in my life I had to teach myself the key elements which allows me to move on from hurt; anger; and pain; so that I could redeem myself and overcome the obstacles that prevented me from moving forward. In this book I have used snippets as my form of expression that provided me with the necessary tools that have assisted me with better survival skills. Life is not perfect, but once we can come to terms with that we can start to live better lives. I am still a work in progress; learning daily
