Notă biografică
Uwe Haupenthal, geb. 1956, studierte Kunstgeschichte in Frankfurt/M. und Bonn. 1986 Promotion über das plastische Werk des Karlsruher Bildhauers Wilhelm Loth. Seit 1991 leitet er das Richard-Haizmann-Museum in Niebüll. Seit 1996 ist er zugleich auch Kustos für wechselnde Ausstellungen beim Museumsverbund Nordfriesland in Husum. Zahlreiche Aufsätze zur Kunst des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts.
