Recenzii
The theme of the book is important as this is emerging as an important field in IP in India. I recommend its publication" - Ravi Krishna Srinivas, Consultant, Research and Information Centre for Developing Countries, New Delhi
The work represents a substantial contribution…the substantive research is novel and sheds valuable light on the operation of geographical indications (GIs) protection in India. The study represents a major and valuable contribution to the existing literature. The empirical analysis and descriptive statistics used in some chapters are particularly good" - Dev Saif Gangjee, Associate Professor, Intellectual Property Law, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, UK
