Dr Charles T. Hunt is Senior Research Fellow/ARC DECRA Fellow in the Social & Global Studies Centre at RMIT University and honorary senior fellow at the Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. He is author of various monographs and articles on conflict management and human protection, including UN Peace Operations and International Policing (Routledge, 2015).
Dr Noel M. Morada is Senior Research Fellow and Director (Regional) at the Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect, School of Political Science and International Studies, The University of Queensland St. Lucia, Brisbane, Australia. He is author of various book chapters and journal articles on Responsibility to Protect in Southeast Asia, Southeast Asian regional security, ASEAN external relations, and ASEAN regionalism.
Dr Noel M.
