The study of the infinitely small, the increase of the genetic heritage of the individual, the management of Big data and artificial intelligence are the expressions that summarize the vast semantic field of the deployment of these technologies.What about wanting to improve the current human species? Why trashumanism? The answer to these questions opposes two camps: on the one hand the bioconservatives who fight for the preservation of natural moral values and on the other hand the bioprogressists who advocate at all costs and with all energy the idea of the perfection of humanity, more precisely of the individual.To face this ambiguous situation, regulation is urgent and necessary.
