She is the author of the book I Am Healthy: Transform Your Life Without Anxiety or Obsessions (Aguilar, 2016) and creator of the social network @SoySaludable, focused on the development of good habits relating to health, nutrition, physical activity, emotional well-being and illness prevention, and which includes the support of doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and professional trainers. Yorde, a doctor specialized in public health with certification in obesity medicine, is also a professional speaker, health coach, motivator, lecturer, and educator; she participates regularly in radio and television programs, presenting segments about health, nutrition, and healthy cooking.
