Researching the Hillary Clinton Scandals

Hillary Clinton has been involved in one scandal after another for more than 40 years, going back to her very first job after leaving law school. Even today she is involved in two serious scandals, one for her role in the Benghazi attack, the other for using a private e-mail server to send and receive classified material while secretary of state. The author believes that most Americans have a short memory when it comes to remembering political scandals, but since Hillary is now running for president he felt it would be worthwhile to go back and research Hillary's many scandals and write up his findings in an effort to refresh people's memory about them, and maybe inform younger people who may be unaware of the scandals. As mentioned, on Hillary's first job after law school, as an attorney on the House Committtee investigating the Nixon impeachment, she created so much controversy that her supervisor, a very respected attorney, said of her, in part, " She was a liar, she was an unethical, dishonest lawyer." Those are pretty damning words from one attorney about another. Then immediately after leaving that job, she went to Arkansas to meet her future husband, Bill Clinton. During those years in Arkansas where she was first lady for twelve years and worked for the prestigious Rose Law firm for fifteen years, the scandals continued. Many of these scandals were not known to the public until her White House years, when they became major issues during the Starr investigations. The names associated with these Arkansas scandals are Cattlegate, Whitewater, Castle Grande, and the Bimbo War Room. Then there is the parnerships and deal making with convicted felon Jim McDougal and his wife Susan. This book covers all of those scandals.

From Arkansas, the Clintons went to the White House and if anything Hillary's scandals intensified. We know these by such names as Travelgate, Filegate, Hillary's Health Plan Fiasco, Vince Foster's suicide and Hillary's reaction, Monica Lewinsky, Bill's Impeachment and Hillary's reaction, Excessive and inexplicable pardons, and Looting and vandalizing the White House.

But after leaving the White House Hillary's political life continued and so did the scandals. They are known by such names as the Russian uranium and Indian nuke deals, the Benghazi attack, and the E-mail scandal. Some of these scandals are still under investigation.

The author also wanted to know something of Hillary's formative years and follows her trail from Park Ridge, Illinois where she grew up; to her college days at Wellesley, an elite college for women in Massachusetts; her friendship with the radical Saul Alinsky during those college days; and on to Yale where she was a full-blown radical and involved herself in some very radical causes.
