"Tom walked into one of the back rooms...As the dim light from the room behind him filled the room, Tom could see something in the corner. He turned on his pocket Mag light and brought the bright beam to the corner where he saw it. The body was hanging from a rafter that had been exposed through the old and damaged Sheetrock in the ceiling. Its hands were bound behind its back, and the head was covered with a pillowcase. There was no breeze, just cold winter air, so the hanging body just remained frozen in place. Tom reached up and removed the pillowcase and staggered backward until he was stopped by the wall. He couldn't take his eyes off the body now swaying gently at the end of the rope. He knew this person; it was Bucket. He knew who had done this...the president of the United States." Tom, a young resistance fighter, tries to keep one step ahead of the Presidents' Special Forces unit and the National Home Guard, who have been ordered to find and track him as he travels west to join an anti-government resistance cell in Colorado, led by a radio broadcast pirate known as The Raven. The Constitution has been suspended, the President is in his fifteenth year of office, and martial law continues to rule the county. It'll be up to Tom and his friends to find The Raven and help restore the country back to greatness.
