Restless Soul is a story about Micheal West AKA S-man (the savior of man) and his three female associates: Judy, Angie, and Magic. Magic is a prison guard who helps him manuever while he was fighting two attempted murder charges. After a prison riot and having to deal with a blood thirsty D.A. he's finally released after a few strings are pulled. When he's released he and Magic joins Judy (who's been down with him since he was 13) and Angie (Kev's former girl) and plan to live happily ever after. But it never seems to happen that way in the hood. Soon he finds that he's the target of every form of law enforcement in the city. His main nemesis are Detective Whitney and District Attorney Todd Craine.
