Rheology of foam

The book entitled "Rheology of foam" is structured in 2 chapters. Chapter 1 presents the following subchapters: surfactant and biopolymer foams - the various ways of thin film layer stabilizations, foam generation, foam rheology, foam rheology - surfactants and proteins foams and concluding remarks. Chapter 2 has the following subchapters: generalities, apparatus, wall slip velocity, yield stress, foam production and conclusions.
