Rock Star - Almost

Autor Paul J. Miller
en Limba Engleză Paperback
Have you ever heard a singer, duo, or maybe a local band that sounded so good you always wondered if they would have made it in the Rock and Roll World? I suppose the definition of made it can be interpreted many ways, but we all know the names and songs of our favorite bands and singers. Introducing Finbar Schuler, an individual unlike most people you will ever meet. Finbar is a tall, handsome, intelligent, athletic and hardworking individual with strong family values. The difference between Finbar and most people you meet in his position is that he can sing. When I say he can sing, I'm not talking about carrying a tune; no, I mean his voice is so distinct and beautiful that you hang on to every word when he performs. Life is good for this guy. Having a nice secure job with the family business would or should be enough to travel the unknown road through life. Heck, he could marry just about any beautiful girl he wanted, have a family, be financially secure and still play his music around town at his leisure. This should be an easy decision. Now let's take the mind of a young twenty something year old Finbar, and put him on a barstool in front of a bunch of patrons, fans, or whatever you want to call them, and as he sings his songs. The set ends and a bunch of them come up to praise his abilities. When I say the fans, I may have forgotten to mention some of them are very hot, and music is not the only thing on their minds. Decision time: Pack it up, move to Los Angeles and take a shot at the big time, or play it safe? That's what Bridget Lemieux, a beautiful person in her own right, wanted to know. On a cross-country flight, she found out about 30 years of Finbar's life - and more.
