This work examines legal education in American from 1875 to present, explores the conceptual frameworks of Sociological Jurisprudence and Legal Realism, tests assumptions about legal education, provides a literature review, and offers a section on interpretative methods in the analysis of law, and has extensive citations to references and additional materials.
