Notă biografică

Olga Medinskaya is the founder of the training company Cultural Connectors. She is a lecturer on cross-cultural competence at several universities and a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. Ms. Medinskaya is a Russian native, has previously worked in China and Germany and holds a diploma degree in Economics from the University Mainz, Germany.

Dr. Henk R. Randau is the General Manager of the Healthcare Division within Freudenberg Performance Materials, a subsidiary of US$ 10 bn. mixed industry conglomerate. In the past, he has worked in management positions in the USA and China. Dr. Randau studied Business Administration in Germany and the US and received several scholarships. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the WHU Vallendar.

Dr. Christian Altmann is General Manager of the Investment Company „German House“, St. Petersburg, Russia. He was the head of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg and held several management positions of Lufthansa Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He studied Political Science at Ludwig Maximilians-University Munich. Dr. Altmann is the author of numerous books and publications on international political and economical subjects.
