Recenzii
Since it is one of the first, and probably the most comprehensive book on Russian arbitration law in English language, Prof. Oda's book gives a unique access to Russian arbitration law especially for non-Russian speakers. It is of special interest for everyone interested in the development of arbitration law in Russia and especially in the different forces that influenced the 2015 reform ... It shows a great insight behind the scenes of the Russian law-making process and the book of Prof. Oda serves as a very valuable source of information in this respect.
[I]t is easy to predict that [Russian Arbitration Law and Practice] is to become a widely cited source in articles and future works on Russian and CIS arbitration laws. Secondly, it will be a good gift to a colleague who wants to learn about the specifics of Russian arbitration from a reputable publication.
Oda's monograph is essential reading for scholars of Russian commercial law as well as practitioners.
