Sally Calms the Storm

I am a Professional Reflexologist, based in Kent, England, with many years experience of working with people of all ages. I specialise in reflexology for children and women's health but treat people of all ages and backgrounds. I love sharing simple self-care reflexology techniques and have taught workshops since 2009. I run many workshops online and in person such as "Baby & Toddler Reflex", "Biohacking for Teens", Couples Reflexology for pregnancy and fertility; Facial Reflexology workshops for perimenopause and general health, beauty and wellbeing. This book is an extension of my love of sharing and helps bring reflexology to families, to help with bonding, communication and brings comfort when needed. I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology and multiple foot and facial reflexology diplomas gained since originally training in the therapy in 2004. In 2022, I extended my love of sharing to other therapists and began teaching facial reflexology CPD courses.
