While grateful for their lives, they feel compelled to recreate instruments and learn how to use them at the Marlboro Squid Encapp HQ. Sally Fay's epiphany that they use time travel to re-invent 3 kinds of instruments at Encapp HQ goes over well at the intimate meeting. 2119AD DFH Music Restoration Mission Commencement takes us to Marlboro's mentor, and both his 2119AD counterpart and Chuyann's as well. Keeping a balance using her researching skills between music and catching criminals using hemocyanin modified DNA has her brilliant analytical mind whirling. Every step of the way the Bi Country Board is antagonistic towards redeveloping music, even suggesting children will kill their pet birds to make an instrument if that type of floot is manufactured.
