This Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) for the San Andres National Wildlife Refuge will serve as a management tool to be used by the Refuge staff and its partners in the preservation and restoration of the refuge's and the surrounding ecosystem's natural resources. The plan will guide management decisions over the next ten to twenty years and set forth strategies for achieving Refuge goals and objectives within that time frame.
