When a rogue whale threatens the people of Tumbling Fjord Willy Whitchett is sent to find Santa. Willie, a young whale calf, must break through ice to get to Santa and in doing so breaks the power plant. Now the Elves have no power to run their tools and can't make toys. Can Santa sort out the angry whale, so the people of Tumbling Fjord can celebrate Christmas? Can he get back in time to help the elves finish the toys?
